A modern approach to the same old problems

After working in the therapy field for many years, I found the clinical, medical approach lacking. Long assessment forms, unnecessary diagnoses and ugly offices were not my style. That's why I am doing things differently. Here are a few things about me and my work.

    • Action-oriented sessions: Ditch long assessments and diagnoses, I focus on practical steps for lasting change.
    • Mindfulness & neuroscience: Understanding your brain and cultivating present-moment awareness empowers you.
    • Education and self-help: Free resources like Take Out Therapy podcast and online courses will equip you with knowledge and tools. ️

I firmly believe the best cure for anxiety and depression is education and self-management, not just medication.
