I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused CBT, as well as EMDR, one of the most effective trauma treatments available. 

I've had a long career in helping people to heal. I've had great outcomes in treating trauma, panic, anxiety and depression. I also have extensive training and experience in treating PTSD, abusive relationship recovery, as well as relationships and career change transitions.

Coaching is action and results oriented, which is the best way to experience change. I did traditional talk therapy for years and found it to be quite boring and not very effective at reducing people's symptoms.

After working in the therapy field for many years, I found the clinical, medical approach lacking. Long assessment forms, unnecessary diagnoses and ugly offices were not my style. That's why I am doing things differently. Here are a few things about me and my work.
